How do I know how many tiles I will need?
If you measure the room that you wish to tile our staff will be pleased to advise you on the quantity of floor, wall tiles or borders you require.
Can you tell me which grouts and adhesives I should use?
Our specially trained staff will be happy to advise you on the most appropriate grouts and adhesives for the tiles you have chosen and the surface onto which you will be tiling.
How long will I have to wait for my tiles from placing the order?
Delivery of your tiles should take 3 to 4 days.
If I order too many tiles, can I bring them back and get a refund?
Yes, we accept full boxes of tiles returned for a full refund within 21 days of the date of purchase. Please bring your proof of purchase with you when returning any excess tiles.
